Guarantee
The IRSAP guarantee does not replace the one required by Law. The GUARANTEE starts the day of purchase, proven by a document with tax validity (such as invoice, receipt or bill of sale) that reports the specifics of the product itself.
In case of defects in materials or processing, IRSAP SPA will proceed to repair, replacement of faulty parts or of the whole product, according to what it established by GUARANTEE Directive 1999/44/CE; any other form of compensation both legal and conventional is excluded, exception made for legal obligations.
The eventual replacement of faulty components or a piece of the products defined will not extend the original warranty period.
The warranty of the replaced parts will cease with the end of the contractual guarantee period of the product.
The GUARANTEE does not work in case of:
- Lack of full respect of the instructions and installation standards in the Manual, supplied with the product in the technical documentation;
- Lack of full respect of the requirements in the conduct and maintenance reported on the manual supplied with the products or the technical documentation;
- Damages on the product due to interventions made from a personnel not authorized and not competent professionally;
- Anomalies or failures due to the electrical power supply;
- Malfunction due to improper sizing;
- Use of not original or spare parts not recognized or authorized by IRSAP SPA
- Damages caused by accidents, fire, natural disasters, general claims;
- Breaking due to transportation issues.
Parts of the product – sent for repair to the IRSAP headquarters or another authorized unit or IRSAP SPA – that suffer damages during transportation, are not warranty included.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify, supplement and implement the product without prior notice and without any obligation.
